No its a website.
What you want is signature PSDS You open them in photoshop and you can change the text pictures and anything else etc...

So basicly what I said background for photoshop that all you have to do is put your name on.

A brush is a brush, a brush is like a pen just with flames, bubbles ore something
A brush isnt a background for sigs.. you can make a signature background with brushes yes..
